2ND MARCH - 19TH MAY 2018
Design by Bob Crowley
All Scene All Props were thrilled to work with Bob Crowley for the Young Vic Theatre, on their lastest show THE INHERITANCE.
A generation after the height of the AIDs crisis, what is it like to be a young gay man in New York? How many words are there now for the different kinds of pain, the different kinds of love?
Stephen Daldry direct this hilarious and profound 7-hour heart-breaker - a major world premiere in two parts by New York playwright Matthew Lopez.
Lighting by Jon Clark, Sound by Paul Arditti & Chris Reid.
Cast includes: Hugo Bolton, Robert Boulter, Andrew Burnap, Hubert Burton, John Benjamin Hickey, Paul Hilton, Samuel H. Levine, Syrus Lowe, Michael Marcus, Vanessa Redgrave, Kyle Soller, Luke Thallon and Michael Walters.
[Bob Crowley's Design] 'The studied absence of clutter gives shape and salience to the host of questions the play raises: principally those to do with the connection between past and present. What should gay men hand down from one generation to the next?' - Paul Taylor, The Independent.
THE INHERITANCE runs at the Young Vic Theatre from Friday 2nd March until Saturday 19th May 2018, with Press Night on Wednesday 28th March 2018. For more information and to book tickets, click here.
